the hostel in cologne was a pleasant surprise. friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great location near the train station made my city break enjoyable. the communal areas and games added a fun social element to my stay. overall, exceeded my expectations.

clean, good position near the arena and not so far from the city center, bus stop nearby and so some restaurants

the wifi is only in the hall and you have to pay for it (€ 1.50/hour) in relation to the price ( i mean the twin room) the interiors were really basic and so the breakfast area that is more a school canteen

Super convenient location near train station and airport, with helpful staff and "to go" breakfast option. Great social spaces for young people to connect, with a mix of history and futuristic design. Perfect for all ages, with awesome city views, free luggage storage, and gluten-free breakfast option. Mind-blowingly clean and well-maintained facility, with free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception. No pets or smoking, but lots of activities like table tennis and board games.

The hostel had a great location, close to the train station and within walking distance of the city center. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including bread, cheese, tea, and coffee, which made for a satisfying start to the day. the staff was friendly and always available at the reception to assist with any queries.

The hostel lacked a shower mat, resulting in a wet floor after every shower. the pillows were old and lumpy, affecting the quality of sleep.

Great value for money! The location of Jugendherberge was perfect, just a short walk across the bridge to the city center. The room was clean and spacious, with a separate toilet and shower, very convenient. The breakfast included a wide variety of options on the buffet. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value and convenience.
